Camera and Lens   

Introduction 

A Camera is an optical device used to capture visual information by directing light through a lens system onto a photosensitive surface. this surface may be chemical fim in analog camera or a digital image sensor such as a CCD or CMOS chip in modern digital systems. the captured data is then stored for later viewing or processing.

The lens is called the "eye" of the camera because it allows light to enter and enables the photographer see and capture the subject. it focuses light onto the camera sensor, forming a clear image. the clarify and sharpness of your photos depend heavily on the type and quality of the lens. some lenses allow manual of the aperture which determines how much light enters the camera.
